Cash buyers are preferred but we also will consider financed offers.

Closing is very easy & similar to any other “typical” real estate transaction. We handle sending contracts, communicating with title companies, and scheduling the closing.

Walkthrough inspections are allowed, but all due diligence must be conducted prior to signing an agreement. All contracts are non-contingent (outside of clear & Marketable title).

Closings are about 2-3 weeks from the date of assignment. A lot of times, we are working with sellers who are in distress and seeking a fast close. Because of that, we work best with investors who have funds available and are quick to make decisions.
